The lessons are about 2 hours , you get 2 hour of instructions (30  minutes on the sand and 1 hour in the water) 1 hour is free for you to practice what you learned. We count with trained guides and we include  all the equipment necessary for your activity. The best time to start  this activity is after 11:00 am, because it’s when the waves are perfect  to take the lesson.
